Amelia Caramadre

Amelia earned her B.S. in health science Cum Laude from Northeastern University for her undergraduate degree, Masters in Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine, and Juris Doctor from Northeastern University. During her undergraduate studies, Amelia founded Northeastern's chapter of the Student Alliance for Prison Reform, and Joey's Project – an educational initiative in which she developed and taught public health skills to returning citizens in halfway houses. During her masters studies, she completed her thesis on the discriminatory practices and resulting public health impact on the community of §58(A) dangerousness holdings. During law school, she interned with the Dept. of Environmental Protection's General Counsel; with Judge Henry on the Court of Appeals; and here at our office! Also throughout her undergrad, masters, and law school, Amelia has worked for the Health in Justice Action lab and completed various projects largely contributory to the national standard of opioid law research. Amelia also recently proved the viability of a claim against a wrongful practice within the industrial drug rehab complex, and will be consulting on its upcoming litigation.

At the office, Amelia assists on all areas of practice and contributes excellent work product. She brings a unique perspective and cheerful attitude which brightens the office and adds to our well rounded approach to cases.
