October 28, 2019, Lawrence District Court case no. 0218CR3434 charging possession with intent to distribute heroin and distribution of heroin in a school zone. On advice of predecessor counsel, client admits to sufficient facts and is placed on probation on 03/22/17. Plea counsel falsely misleads client that plea was free of immigration consequences. On 8/15/19, motion for new trial allowed by agreement. On 10/28/19, Commonwealth agrees to dismiss case upon completion of 100 hours of community service.
