March 21, 2019, Lawrence District Court case no. 1818CR006022, charging leaving the scene of an accident causing personal injury. We determine that the criminal complaint issued in violation of client's right to a show-cause hearing (clerk's hearing), rendering the case vulnerable to a motion to dismiss. On 3/21/19, we appear to litigate the motion to dismiss. The government concedes the motion and the case is dismissed.
