November 13, 2018, Malden District Court case no. 1850CR001583 charging possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Client stopped carrying a load of marijuana in a duffel bag. We file a motion to dismiss, arguing that the complaint was not supported by probable cause. Following an adversarial hearing, the motion to dismiss is allowed.
