Woburn Superior Court case no. 1881CR00171. On 2/21/20, Client sentenced to 18 months state prison sentence for distribution of cocaine and fentanyl, subsequent offense. We file a motion to reduce his sentence, which the Court hears on 5/1/20. On 5/6/20, the Court reduces our client's sentence to time served, over the government's objection.
